Hannah Campbell - Owner & Master Certified Technician
Hannah Campbell is the owner of The Sandbar and founder of Sandbar Sunless. She opened The Sandbar in the spring of 2020 after graduating from Michigan State University. Fast forward to the Fall of 2021 and she needed change. With the Sandbar Sunless product line being created, teeth whitening services added, and a major personal move happening, the business was growing quicker than ever imagined and she began the venture of opening up the current location in Middleville, Michigan in the Summer of 2022.
Hannah is a workaholic and is also type A (it's a problem)... She will call you out for not exfoliating .. or using your SPF.
She's been tanning since 2016 in college and could spray tan in her sleep. Hannah loves being a part of people's special moments, from the big wedding day they've been dreaming of, to walking across a pageant stage and winning the crown they deserve.
Makenzie Hamilton- Licensed Esthetician
Makenzie is a licensed esthetician at The Sandbar! She graduated from Douglas J Aveda in 2018 where she also taught after receiving her educator license! In the last 7 years she has gained experience through working in various salons and through her own business for the last 4 of those 7 years!
Makenzie runs on Starbucks vanilla sweet cream cold brew and will fuss at you if you don’t wash your lashes (because lash mites are a thing, duh).
Her favorite part of being in this industry is connecting with all kinds of people and really making people feel beautiful and confident! She loves that she can be a bright spot in someone’s day and can help people feel like their best self!
