Essentially a lash lift and tint is a perm for your natural eyelashes with a dye. This combination enhances the look of your natural lashes to make them look like they have been curled with mascara applied without having to touch them on a daily bases! This is perfect for our girlies on the go!
Your lift will last approximately 6-8 weeks and your tint will last approximately 3-4 weeks with proper aftercare. We recommend scheduling a lash tint appointment at the 3-4 week mark to help maintain the perfect lashes.
First, do not get your lashes wet from swimming, sweating, skincare, saunas, etc. for 24 hours. If they get wet, the overall lift and the amount of time it will last will likely be affected. We also recommend using a combination of castor oil and a lash growth serum on your lashes to promote lash length. This will also help you receive a more dramatic lift and healthier lashes after just a couple of months!
To maintain a continuous lifted look, we recommend booking a lash lift every 6-8 weeks.
To maintain a continuous tinted look, we recommend booking a lash tint every 3-4 weeks.
We advise to not get a lash lift while pregnant or breast feeding to avoid possible contraindications. With fluctuating hormone levels in the body, there could be an increased possibility of adverse reactions to the perming solution used during a lash lift.
Frequently Asked Questions-Lash Extensions
Eyelash Extensions are individual or clusters of strands of synthetic fibers made to replicate a natural eyelash. When applied, eyelash extensions lengthen and thicken your own natural eyelashes. The lashes are applied to each individual eyelash, one by one. With proper application, lash extensions look and feel completely natural. We use a UV activated adhesive which is safer than traditional lash adhesives for both the technician and client.
When applied by one of our licensed estheticians, eyelash extensions will last the length of the natural growth cycle of your own eyelashes. Depending on your activity and day-to-day routine, refills should only be required every 1 to 3 weeks.
The Sandbar only uses professional grade adhesive which never comes in contact with your skin. Synthetic eyelashes adhere about 1mm away from your skin.
Our eyelash extensions are designed to give your natural lashes an improved look of fullness so mascara is not needed.
Appointment times will vary depending on if you are getting a full set of lashes or just a fill. Classic lash, hybrid lash, and volume lash full sets also vary in time.

We do offer a service to have the extensions removed professionally, which allows your natural lashes to not be damaged in the process.
No! When applied properly and professionally, eyelash extensions will not harm your natural lashes.
No! There should be no pain when getting your lashes done. However, it is normal to experience a little discomfort here and there throughout the service.
It can feel a little odd laying still with your eyes closed for a few hours. Sometimes the eye pads or tape can also be placed in a way that irritates your eyes, but if there is any acute pain, make sure to let your lash artist know. Many of our clients take a nap during their appointment due to how relaxing the service can be!
We recommend washing your lashes daily with a lash safe cleanser and gentle brush to remove any oils, dirt, makeup, or other debris. Then air dry, hair dryer on low and cool settings, or fan on low to dry them quickly!

Hybrid lash extensions are a combination of classic and volume lash techniques. This method offers the best of both worlds by incorporating single lash extensions along with handcrafted lash fans. Hybrid lashes provide a textured and multidimensional effect, offering both length and volume. This style is perfect for individuals who want a slightly fuller look compared to classic lashes but are not ready for the full dramatic effect of volume lashes.
