Our Licensed Massage Therapists are masters of multi-tasking! You’ll be the heart of the client experience and the first interaction with clients as they walk through the door. You will be cross trained to work reception-in addition to providing excellent massage services you’ll also check clients in/out, schedule appointments, and answer the phone. The Sandbar is like a family, and we are all responsible for contributing to the overall client experience!

Candidates MUST be licensed at the time of applying. 

Experience preferred but not required.

You get to sell the products you believe in & when they’re the right fit for the client. The schedule is flexible-allowing for maximum work life balance to promote healthy habits. You’ll find passion in ensuring each and every client leaves with a smile on their face.

• Perform massage services, including hot stone massage, deep tissue massage, Swedish massage + more
• Greet + check in/check out clients
• Learn + maintain expert level knowledge of services and all products
• Learn + become proficient in Boulevard 
• Perform side tasks including maintaining cleanliness of lobby and service rooms, restocking product and disposables
• Answer client questions surrounding the service process, services offered, prep and aftercare
• Responding to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services
• Maintain active presence on social media for The Sandbar, including Facebook, Instagram, and more

• Massage Therapist must be at least 18 years of age
• Massage experience is desired, but not required.
• Desire to deliver the best client experience possible
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must! Correct grammar and punctuation when communicating with clients is essential 
• An interest in growing with The Sandbar
• Goal oriented + self motivated

• Compensation is competitive, and may be based on hourly + tips or commission + tips structure, depending on candidates experience level.
• 10-30 hours weekly
